The purpose of this plan is to establish the coordination and response efforts of the Oregon Department of Agriculture (ODA), Oregon Occupational Safety and Health Administration (Oregon OSHA), and Oregon Health Authority (OHA) when one or more cases of COVID-19 are identified in a food processing facility. This coordinated response will help to mitigate and slow the spread of COVID-19 and when it’s possible, ensure that these facilities can continue to operate while protecting the public’s health.
